When it comes to working with others, we understand the importance of efficiency, reliability and understanding, so here's a little about us.

Jim has a wide and varied electrical background having worked in multiple airports, the London underground and various shop fronts up and down the country as well as many a domestic and residential property. Covering high demand installations as well as basic single phase installations, Jim is our go to for all things technical.  His fascination with Smart home products and installations has driven NovaTide to being a highly technical and proficient installer for the Smart and green initiatives, he loves it so much he's installed it at his house! An avid member of BNI, Jim loves a chat, he'll likely be the first face you see. 

John understands the importance of clear, concise communication, having worked closely with Blue-chip companies such as Rolls-Royce, TATA Steel, Jaguar Land Rover and JCB. This experience taught him the value of understanding clients’ needs and delivering services with minimal delays and tight deadlines, whilst showing none of the behind-the-scenes pressures to the client. John is a strong believer of an all-encompassing company, and is keen to develop a full offering to each client, taking further headaches away. With a predominantly domestic electrical background, he will be responsible for ensuring your project, large or small, is completed on time every time, even if he has to get his hands on the tools to do so!
