St Crispins was a large scale commercial site which was originally an office tower block.
The developers envisaged a building-wide renovation with addition of two more floors added to the structure, to offer just under 700 student apartments. Comprised of; all-inclusive shared apartments and private studios, study rooms, a cinema, content creation space and a gym.
The building developed for Yugo offers a good insight into the large scale projects NovaTide undertake.
