Jim Murphy leads the electrical team, while his wife Lizzy manages the office, enquiries and bookings. Together, they keep your work organised from the first call to completion.

Jim has over 15 years of electrical experience and leads the Novatide team. He focuses on careful workmanship and keeping customers informed. Outside work, he enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, chess and time with Lizzy and their son.
Peter manages projects and coordinates the team and other trades involved in the work.
Lizzy looks after enquiries, bookings and the day-to-day running of the office. She previously worked as a Personal and Executive Assistant. Outside work, she enjoys time with Jim and their son.
Kevin provides practical support across the team’s projects, helping work run smoothly. A passionate wildlife enthusiast, he also founded Norfolk Wildlife Rescue, caring for injured and orphaned animals in the local community.
Sean is one of Novatide’s electricians, carrying out electrical work as part of our local team.
Joe works alongside the electricians and attends college one day a week as he completes his apprenticeship. Outside work, he enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.
We protect surfaces, put mats down for tools and take the time to leave our work area tidy.
We listen, explain the work clearly and keep you informed, so you know where things stand.
We plan the work properly, pay attention to the finish and test the installation before handing it over.
